FROM GETTYSBURG AREA
Take 15 south to exit 14 (Rosemont Ave). Bear right at bottom of ramp. Continue 8/10 mile to second light at Bentz St. – turn right. Go through 2nd traffic light and take next left onto W. Church St. Continue 4/10 mile and turn right onto S. Carroll St. Go through traffic light at E. Patrick St. The Center is 1/10 mile further down S. Carroll on the left.

FROM HAGERSTOWN AREA
Take I-70 east to exit 54 (Route 355). At 2nd traffic light bear right onto 355. Follow 355/Market St. into downtown Frederick. At traffic light where Market St. becomes one way, turn right onto E. South St. At 1st traffic light turn left onto S. Carroll St. The Center is 1/10 mile down on the right.

FROM NORTHERN VIRGINIA AND DC
Take Rt. 495 to I-270 west, towards Frederick to exit 31A (Route 85/Buckeystown Pike). Merge onto Route 85 and continue to intersection of Route 85 and Route 355. Turn left on 355/Market St. toward downtown Frederick (get into right lane to continue straight on Market St). At the intersection of Market Street and E. South Street, where Market Street becomes a one-way street, take a right onto E. South Street At First traffic light at the top of the hill; turn left onto S. Carroll Street. The Center is 1/10 mile down on the right.

FROM LEESBURG/STERLING AREA:
Take route 340 to Frederick and the intersection of Jefferson St. and South St. Turn left onto W. South St. Continue through the light at the intersection of W. South and Market St. (Rt. 355), up the hill to the first light and turn right onto South Carroll St. The Center is 1/10 mile down on the right.

FROM BALTIMORE AREA
Take I-70 west toward Frederick to Exit 56 (Patrick Street). Merge onto Patrick Street (MD route 144) heading west. As Patrick St. turns into a one-way street (at East St.), stay in the left lane. Continue for one block and turn left on S. Carroll Street. The Center is 1/10 mile down S. Carroll on the left.
