Helen Smith Free Workshops for Young People
Just as Helen L. Smith’s career as an artist began with scholarship assistance, this fund will provide today’s youngest citizens with the opportunity to enjoy the wide array of visual arts promoted through the Center. Advance registration is required. To register for a particular workshop:
• Call 301-698-0656, ext. 321 on the registration date indicated in description.
• Space is limited, one student per call—no groups.
• You will receive a confirmation call.
• Only students pre-registered will be allowed in the classroom.
FILLED - Wire Sculpture Workshop

Draw with wire! Students will learn techniques in bending wire to create wonderful, three-dimensional sculptures. Pictures of wire sculptures by will be shown to encourage ideas.
